Duties:

Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings and settlement negotiations

Conduct legal research and develop strategies to resolve complex legal issues

Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to workers' compensation cases

Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain legal options

Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to gather evidence and build strong cases

Support civil litigation efforts involving personal injury claims

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in workers' compensation law (including internships, externships, or clerkships)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong desire to learn and grow in a litigation setting

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
