Job summary

thefirmconsult, a growing law firm in Los Angeles, seeks a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 1–3 years of CA WC defense experience to join our team. This in-office role offers a pathway to a hybrid schedule after onboarding and training, with a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will manage CA WC defense matters, represent employers and insurers, attend hearings, and prepare pleadings and research to build case strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of California workers' compensation defense experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Our growing law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our Los Angeles office.
