Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What You Will Do

• A Background In Workers\' Compensation Defense Required
• Be tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Independently and proactively handle files from referral to resolution
• Able to work using case management software
• Able to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and speech
• Participate in a paperless environment with digital documents

Qualifications

• Be a member of the California State Bar in good standing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Experience in Workers\' Compensation Defense preferred
