Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (active Texas Bar).
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• 3–5 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent claimants (or employers) in workers’ compensation matters.
• Prepare for hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Navigate the Texas workers’ compensation system.
