Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
Our client is a growing, defense-focused law firm expanding its Workers' Compensation practice in the Southeast. With an established foundation and strong operational support, the firm is strategically looking to add an attorney who brings both experience and an existing client base.
This is a growth-oriented opportunity designed for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants more autonomy, better economics, and the ability to scale their book within a supportive firm platform.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who has developed strong client relationships, generates consistent business, and is interested in joining an established legal practice while maintaining the flexibility of a fully remote working environment.
A partner title is not required. The firm is primarily interested in attorneys who have demonstrated the ability to originate, maintain, and grow their own workers' compensation practice.
Compensation will be evaluated individually based on experience, portable book size, historical revenue production, and the anticipated economic contribution to the firm. The firm is open to attorneys who are not currently partners, provided they possess their own portable book of business.
This position is fully remote, with no requirement to report to a physical office. Attorneys must remain available for necessary in-person court appearances and other proceedings within their licensed state.
