UC San Diego is seeking an administrative professional to support the Loss Prevention Program and Workers' Compensation activities within Environment, Health & Safety. The role involves fund administration, policy application, and data review to ensure accurate reporting.

Under the general supervision of the Workers' Compensation Disability Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing all administrative aspects of the Loss Prevention Program, Loss Prevention Fund Administration, including the determination of procedures, selection of methods and implementation of policy applications, as well as long range planning for these programs. Provide administrative support for Workers' Compensation Staff and Campus Risk Manager.
Incumbent also is responsible for various case management duties including gathering and reviewing injury data to: 1) determine accurate statistical codes into iVOS 2) submit qualified incidents to the State of California - Division of Workers' Compensation, and 3) enter appropriate incidents on the Cal-OSHA 300 log.
Annual Full Pay Range: $64,498 - $92,436 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $30.89 - $44.27
