Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or Associate degree with relevant insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain underpaid account inventory and follow-up via WC worklist.
• Communicate with leadership to obtain documentation to pursue underpayments and recovery.
• Collaborate with staff to improve revenue integrity and payer practices.
• Analyze payer reimbursement trends and generate reports to identify opportunities.
• Interact with payers, carriers, adjusters, and employers via phone/email to address discrepancies.
• Perform payment audits on high-dollar workers' compensation claims.
• Document recovery efforts within the WC Worklist and prepare summaries for leadership.
