Des Moines Orthopaedics in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a full-time workers' compensation intake specialist to support the Comp Department. You will manage inbound emails, faxes, and data entry, coordinating with physicians, insurers, and staff to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or workers' compensation intake is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and process-driven skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with individuals from varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound emails and faxes for the Workers' Comp Department and distribute, import, index and label information.
• Coordinate Workers' Comp communications with the appropriate parties for proper handling.
• Handle frequent computer-based tasks and professional phone communication with key parties.
