Responsibilities

• Schedule Workers' Compensation referrals with Nurse Case Managers, adjusters, and employers
• Obtain and verify claim details: claim number, condition, billing address, date of injury, essential job duties
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth patient care and timely documentation
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
