Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in workers' compensation field.
• Proficient with typing (≥35 WPM) and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze workers' compensation cases to determine validity.
• Gather documentation to support negotiations and resolutions.
• Negotiate with adjusters, defense attorneys, and other parties to reach settlements.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and guidelines in lien resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and detailed case records.
• Prepare detailed case analyses for potential litigation.
