Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' paralegal experience in a similar specialty; workers' compensation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), document management, and time entry software.
• Proficiency in legal client file management software; NetDocuments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in the Workers' Compensation practice by executing legal processes and managing case files.
• Prepare documents under attorney oversight and maintain organized client files.
• Coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
