Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate to join a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The successful candidate will conduct research, draft pleadings, and represent clients under supervision.

Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, active GA license, and 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience; workers' compensation defense preferred. ProLaw and MS Office skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing in Georgia.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience; judicial clerks considered.
• Experience in Workers' Compensation Defense preferred.
• Proficiency in ProLaw, MS Office, and e-document management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• Assist in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trials when necessary.
