Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with an active GA license.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience; workers’ compensation defense preferred.
• Proficiency with ProLaw, Office 365, Excel, and document management software.
• Strong time management, organization, and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours and manage a client caseload with supervision.
• Assist in motions, conferences, mediations, and trial when needed.
