Responsibilities

• Assess files and set action plans, budgets, and expectations.
• Identify pleadings and delegate tasks to paralegals.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions and hearings, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
