Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Workers' Compensation & Leave Specialist at the Corporate Office in Memphis, TN. This role interprets workers' comp and leave policies under FMLA, ADA, and related laws, guiding associates through injuries, leaves, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.

You will manage cases from initial reporting to resolution, ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate with HR partners, and support payroll during leaves.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers' compensation, leave management, or HR generalist work.
• Strong communication and sound judgement based on policies.
• Experience supporting hourly/nonexempt teams.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation cases from injury to resolution.
• Oversee end-to-end leave administration and accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, workers' compensation and state leave laws.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits during leaves, including PTO and disability claims.
• Draft HR documentation and support employees with time and attendance, performance issues, and terminations.
