Job summary

Kelly Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Claims Review Specialist to manage workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution. This full-time role offers a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, equivalent credential, or higher.
• Possess three or more years of experience managing workers compensation claims, particularly in a multijurisdictional environment.
• Have experience as a Claims Coordinator within a corporate Risk Management team (preferred).
• Are comfortable working with Risk Management Information Systems.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of workers compensation laws, regulations, and claims processes.
• Are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Are able to work on-site in Dallas, TX and are authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship is available).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the lifecycle of workers compensation claims—including timely filing, thorough documentation, proactive follow‑up, and resolution in coordination with insurance adjusters.
• Implementing and coordinating limited‑duty and transitional work assignments for employees.
• Acting as a liaison between employees, supervisors, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to support effective claim handling and compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborating with managers to develop and implement safe, gradual return‑to‑work plans.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential claim files and ensuring compliance with all state and federal reporting requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining reports and data related to claims and return‑to‑work activities.
