Kelly is seeking a Claims Review Specialist in Dallas, TX. The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT, with compensation at $25.00 per hour.

You will manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate return-to-work plans, and liaise with employees, supervisors, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. The position emphasizes compliance, documentation, and cross-department collaboration within a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years of experience managing workers' compensation claims.
• Experience as a Claims Coordinator within a corporate Risk Management team is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Dallas, TX and authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of workers' compensation claims, including filing, documentation, follow-up, and resolution with insurance adjusters.
• Coordinate limited-duty and transitional work assignments for employees.
• Act as a liaison between employees, supervisors, medical providers, and adjusters to support compliant claim handling.
• Collaborate with managers to develop safe return-to-work plans.
• Maintain accurate confidential claim files and ensure state/federal reporting compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to claims and return-to-work activities.
