Job summary

Coaction Global is seeking a Manager of Workers' Compensation Claims in Morristown, NJ. You will oversee two TPAs, guide complex investigations, and drive claims efficiency while coordinating with underwriting, legal, and senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years WC experience, and willingness to travel for mediations and trials. Hybrid in-office schedule in Morristown is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workers' compensation claims handling across multiple jurisdictions.
• 2+ years of claims management experience, preferably with TPA oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree and understanding of WC laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPAs to ensure adherence to protocols and financial authority.
• Provide guidance on complex investigations, coverage assessments, and resolutions.
• Audit TPA performance for SLAs and industry practices.
• Ensure qualified and licensed TPA claims handlers as required.
• Monitor large claim reports for timely, high-quality completion.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal, reinsurance and senior management.
• Serve as liaison between the company and TPAs; maintain broker and insured contact.
• Monitor claims activity and trends to identify improvements and risk mitigation.
