Sedgwick is seeking a Workers Compensation Team Leader to supervise multiple examiner teams in Marlton, NJ, with hybrid in-office scheduling (2 days). This role focuses on adjudicating complex claims, providing technical direction, and delivering client-centered solutions across NJ, PA, and FL jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of claims experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of workers' compensation procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in supervision.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: NJ and PA, some FL.
• Licensing: Not Required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for workers' compensation.
• Monitors workloads and provides training to colleagues.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Reviews management reports and takes appropriate action.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates claim status to clients.
