Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
• 1+ years HR experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating workers’ compensation claims and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage claim documentation and coordinate with stores, employees, providers, and payroll.
• Support return-to-work and risk management initiatives.
• Prepare and file required forms and notify stakeholders of claim status.
• Communicate with claims adjusters and provide required documentation.
