Job summary

Job Description

A Day in the Life

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team

Recordand evaluatestaffing patterns for all inpatient nursingunitseach shift

Assistin development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and services

Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.

Evaluateneedfor immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available.

Qualifications

Licensed RN in the State of Michigan

BSN Required

5 years experience in an acute care setting required

MSN preferred

Previous leadership experience preferred

Additional Information

PRN: 12-24 hours per week
