Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience in medical/surgical, critical care, or occupational health.
• Experience in administrative roles and quality improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify employer needs through on-site visits and build relationships with HR, risk, and quality teams.
• Serve as primary contact for workers' compensation processes for clinicians and staff.
• Provide guidance and training on clinic processes and care protocols.
• Coordinate care plans following physician and nursing directives to support return-to-work.
• Maintain clear, timely communication to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
• Track clinical outcomes and contribute to cost-effective care strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop plans that improve outcomes and reduce payer liability.
