Job summary

Carisk Partners is hiring a Bilingual Worker's Compensation Care Coordinator to ensure quality, appropriate care aligned with Care Coordination Plans for injured workers. You will work with a medical and behavioral health team to optimize rehabilitation efficiently and cost-effectively.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, bilingual English/Spanish, and availability 11:30am–8:00pm EST. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and a hybrid/remote work option within the United States.

Qualifications

• Required current, active, and unrestricted Nursing License (RN or LPN).
• Preferred Workers’ Compensation and Case Management Experience 1–2 years minimum.
• Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) required.
• Must be able to work 11:30am-8:00pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the injured worker's medical, behavioral and/or vocational status using a biopsychosocial approach.
• Develop a Care Coordination plan to help the patient achieve maximum functional improvement.
• Engage with the patient, providers, vocational and social support systems and other stakeholders externally.
• Engage with Carisk’s Clinical, Quality, Provider Relations and other teams internally.
• Manage patient progress toward outcomes via a monthly progress report.
• Arrange referrals, consultations and therapeutic services; confer with other specialists about course of care.
• Accurately report all cases, activity and hours per customer guidelines and Carisk practices.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as requested by Carisk Clinical and Administrative teams.
• Maintain credentials and adhere to codes of ethics required by these credentials.
• Perform various professional duties as assigned by management.
