Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Care Coordination Specialist to work under RN supervision, coordinating care for injured workers and supporting return-to-work efforts within workers' compensation guidelines.

You will facilitate communication between workers, providers, employers, and adjusters, document clinical information, and schedule medical services. Strong organizational skills and HIPAA compliance are essential, with a current LPN/LVN license and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Workers' compensation or disability management experience is highly preferred.
• Healthcare coordination and documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine medical care needs for assigned injured workers under established protocols.
• Facilitate communication between injured workers, providers, employers, and adjusters for straightforward cases.
• Collect and document clinical information from healthcare providers and claimants.
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, diagnostics, and ancillary services.
• Communicate work status updates to injured workers, employers, and claims adjusters.
• Follow established care plans and treatment protocols under RN supervision.
• Monitor adherence to treatment plans and compare progress to guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of medical history and case progress in WC system.
