Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active NJ State Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, motions).
• Guide clients through the case process and timelines.
• Coordinate with experts for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
