Jobot is seeking an applicant attorney for a well established plaintiff's firm specializing in workers' compensation, personal injury, and employment law. This role focuses on workers' comp applicant work, handling matters independently and guiding clients through the process.

You will draft all litigation documents, attend WCAB hearings, depositions, and court appearances, and contribute to a high-volume practice with strong support staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the CA bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 year of workers' comp experience.
• You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm.
• You must be open to some trial work.
