Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA seeks a Payroll and Workforce Management Systems Analyst to own payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and related enterprise systems. You’ll configure, optimize, and support integrations, dashboards, and reporting for labor management and compliance.

Collaborating with payroll, HR, IT, and vendors, you’ll lead testing, change management, and data validation while driving continuous improvement across the organization’s workforce tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years of payroll/workforce management systems experience.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize payroll/workforce management systems.
• Develop and maintain payroll, productivity, and labor reports and dashboards.
• Lead testing for upgrades, patches, and new functionality; document outcomes.
• Manage interfaces and data validation across payroll, HR, and finance systems.
• Coordinate governance, vendor management, and roadmap discussions.
