Job summary

Summit Pacific Medical Center is seeking a Workday and UKG Analyst to configure and optimize payroll and workforce systems across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance. You’ll ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless integrations in a public hospital setting with high reliability requirements.

The role requires hands-on system administration, testing, and continuous improvement of Workday and UKG, including reporting and security design, to support enterprise-level workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 3+ years in payroll/workforce systems.
• Experience configuring and integrating Workday and UKG in healthcare or enterprise settings.
• Strong analytics, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday and UKG to support payroll and workforce management.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and finance to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and knowledge bases; support testing and change management.
• Coordinate vendor support, incident resolution, and system integrations across enterprise systems.
