Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Workday Business Analyst to lead business-facing Workday transformation efforts. You will bridge stakeholders and implementation teams, focusing on business analysis, process redesign, and practical Workday solutions that scale beyond go-live.

The role blends enterprise-wide discovery, design, and governance, with hands-on advisory ownership across the transformation lifecycle. Strong facilitation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, process improvement, or enterprise application transformation.
• Experience in at least one Workday implementation lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, deployment, or transition to operations).
• Functional knowledge across multiple Workday areas with deeper expertise in at least one domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into effective Workday-enabled processes and lead discovery and design conversations across workforce and financial functions.
• Map current-state processes and shape simpler, scalable future-state designs; explain benefits and tradeoffs of Workday configurations.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive clear, actionable decisions; translate between business and Workday specialists.
• Develop and maintain traceability between business needs, solution decisions, and implementation outcomes; contribute to governance discussions.
