Job summary

TopBloc is hiring in India (Remote) for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant. The role requires a Time Tracking and Absence Certification, fluent English, and 1+ year post-production support experience with a Workday partner.

You’ll handle Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, and related Workday configurations for diverse clients. Ideal candidates communicate well, deliver quality client solutions, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 1+ years Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience with a Workday partner (Required)
• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs (Required)
• Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (2 AM- 10 AM CT)

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (Required)

• Fluent in English (Required)

• 1+ years Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes (Required)

• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs (Required)

• Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)
