Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC is seeking a senior QA leader to own end-to-end testing for large Workday implementations. You will define test strategy across functional, integration, security, and data migration testing, and develop detailed plans with multi-workstream coordination.

You will oversee test scenarios for Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Security, Workforce Planning, Integrations) and coordinate SIT/UAT/ Regression testing while validating data migration

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years Workday testing experience (functional and integration).
• Experience managing E2E testing for large Workday implementations.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall E2E test strategy for functional, integration, security, and data migration testing.
• Develop detailed test plans, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance for defect management, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Oversee test scenarios and scripts for Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Security, Workforce Planning, and Integrations).
• Coordinate execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Manage testing of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) and downstream systems.
• Validate data migration accuracy and reconciliation across environments.
• Liaise with business teams, HRIT, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and readiness metrics to leadership.
• Prepare test summary reports with coverage, defect trends, and go-live readiness.
