About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead to manage and oversee testing efforts for a large-scale Workday implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and coordination of testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality Workday solution.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall test planning and execution strategy.
• Coordinate the handoff of testable items from the Workday implementation team to the testing team.
• Manage and track 5,000+ test scenarios and coordinate execution by 200+ testers.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize test scripts for accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive team participation in test case creation and execution, ensuring coverage of all business processes.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to testing teams unfamiliar with Workday.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday HCM/Finance implementations.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale testing programs (5,000+ test cases, 200+ testers).
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams with limited Workday experience through structured testing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
