Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Testing Lead for the United States with 10+ years in software testing and at least 5 years in Workday testing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate hands-on experience across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Financials, plus strong defect management and test lifecycle skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday functional testing experience across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Financials.
• Strong testing lifecycle understanding including test planning, strategy, cases and execution.
• Proven ability to manage defects, coordinate testing activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Workday Functional Testing Lead with 10+ years of software testing experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday testing experience.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Workday functional testing.
• Experience in test planning, test strategy, test cases, and execution.
• Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong knowledge of defect management and the complete testing lifecycle.
• Experience testing Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Financials.
• Ability to lead testing activities, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Exposure to Workday integrations, reports, security, or data conversion testing is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
