Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise Workday accounts, guiding complex, multi-entity environments and advanced ERP integrations. You will partner with Customer Activation, Account Management, and internal teams to design scalable financial solutions and drive success across onboarding and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or equivalent customer-facing role in SaaS/fintech.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday experience including integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance workflows (GL, AP, etc.).
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday accounts with multi-entity environments.
• Advise customers and internal teams on Workday integration, configuration, and system design.
• Propose scalable solutions involving Workday Finance, Ops, HRIS and API integrations.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams.
• Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide configuration decisions.
• Define customer success criteria from onboarding to expansion.
• Represent Product, Design and Engineering externally with deep technical knowledge.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for Workday integration use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer pain points to Product/Engineering.
