Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Workday Analyst focused on the Talent module to support talent management processes and deliver a positive experience for employees, managers, and HR partners across the organization.

The Workday Analyst will partner various business units and cross-functional technology teams to support cyclical talent programs, maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Workday Talent module experience.
• Hands-on configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Workday Talent Support and Administration: maintain Talent functionality, performance management, talent reviews, calibration activities.
• Talent Process Execution: partner with stakeholders, configure and test cyclical talent programs, update SOPs.
• Testing and Continuous Improvement: document test scenarios, results, and resolutions; stay informed of Workday functionality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: clarify requirements, communicate impacts, support delivery of enhancements.
