Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Workday Analyst focused on the Talent module to enable effective talent management across the organization. You will partner with HR, managers, and technology teams to support cyclical talent programs, maintain configurations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

3–4 years of Workday experience with hands‑on exposure to Talent functionality.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing administration and maintenance of Workday Talent functionality (Performance Management, Talent Reviews, calibration).
Support cyclical talent programs, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Maintain configurations, templates, questionnaires, notifications, eligibility rules, and related system components.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
Test configuration changes and new Workday releases; document results.
