Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to support the Talent Team and serve as the first point of contact for employees. You’ll maintain accurate employee data in Workday and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include HR case management, onboarding in Workday, data audits, and ensuring compliance. Collaboration across HR is essential to resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience supporting HR operations.
• Experience with Workday and Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document employee inquiries and resolutions in Workday Help Case system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide high-quality HR case resolutions with empathy and professionalism by phone and email.
• Assist in onboarding and verify Form I-9 in a compliant timeframe.
• Support data reporting and employee data audits as needed.
