Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Lead to head the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable employee lifecycle solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep Workday configuration expertise, strong project leadership, and a passion for process improvements through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Business Processes, Security Configuration, Condition Rules, Calculated Fields, Custom Reports and Dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that align with HR and organizational strategies.
• Establish configuration standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
