Job summary

Mosaic Health seeks a Workday Configuration Lead to steer configuration, optimization, and support for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and lead cross-functional projects with HR and business leaders to improve the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday configuration experience and a track record of successful enhancements and deployments, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Business Processes, Security Configuration, Condition Rules, Calculated Fields, Custom Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience leading Workday enhancements, implementations, or optimization projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules.
• Configure business processes, rule conditions, notifications, questionnaires, security roles, and related system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with HR strategies.
• Establish configuration standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures.
• Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting processes from candidate application through hire.
• Configure recruiting workflows, candidate stages, interview processes, offers, and templates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Support recruiting compliance and reporting requirements.
• Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday Onboarding processes and employee transitions.
• Configure onboarding journeys, task assignments, document acknowledgments, and new-hire workflows.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline onboarding experiences.
• Support and enhance Workday Talent Management functionality (Performance, Goal, Career Development, Talent Reviews, Succession, Talent Pools).
• Partner with HR leaders to support talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Provide talent metrics and ensure data integrity across processes and reporting.
• Evaluate biannual Workday releases and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and user experience.
• Maintain awareness of Workday best practices and emerging capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between HR stakeholders and technology teams for Workday initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to HRIS analysts and team members.
