Mosaic Shared Services Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC is seeking a Workday Configuration Lead to guide the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. You will serve as the subject matter expert for talent-related Workday functionality and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to deliver scalable, employee lifecycle solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules.
• Configure business processes, condition rules, notifications, questionnaires, security roles, and related system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that align with HR and organizational strategies.
• Establish configuration standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures.
• Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting processes from candidate application through hire.
• Configure onboarding journeys, task assignments, document acknowledgments, and new-hire workflows.
• Support talent management functionality including performance, goals, career development, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent pools.
• Provide talent acquisition and talent management metrics to support business decision-making.
