Mosaic Health is seeking a Workday Configuration Lead to oversee the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. This role acts as the SME for talent Workday functionality and partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday Business Processes, Security Configuration, Condition Rules, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reports.
• Experience leading Workday enhancements, implementations, or optimization projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules.
• Configure business processes, rules, notifications, questionnaires, and security roles.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with HR strategies.
• Establish configuration standards, documentation practices, and governance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting workflows and candidate engagement.
• Lead onboarding configuration and employee transition activities.
• Support talent management functionality across performance, goals, and succession.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage new Workday releases.
