Qualifications

• Hands-on experience utilizing JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, and related business tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to support technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Nordstrom's corporate offices in downtown Seattle, WA

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and help with project execution
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Provide hands‑on support for Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Paradox
• Report to the Manager HRIS
