Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a skilled Workday Functional & Technical Support Analyst to join our client-focused team in the United States.

You will serve as the primary Workday support specialist (Tier 1/2) and contribute to enhancements while delivering excellent service to diverse industries. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across time zones and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday support or configuration.
• Knowledge of Workday processes, security roles, org structures, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; able to interface with clients and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day transactional Workday support and guidance for clients (Tier 1/2).
• Manage the client help desk, triage and resolve Workday incidents and service requests with proper escalation.
• Assist in Workday system enhancements: report development, testing, data loading, and using integration tools.
• Deliver tasks quickly and accurately to meet SLAs and drive client satisfaction.
