Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Workday Supplier Workstream in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will assist internal teams, external vendors, and agency stakeholders with onboarding, invoices, payments, portal navigation and troubleshooting.

You will act as the primary contact for support requests, educating users on portal use and procedures while contributing to knowledge bases, SOPs, and self-service resources.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday modules or supplier portals is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to educate users and create self-service resources.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets, phone, and email regarding the Workday Supplier Module and Portal
• Assist vendors and internal staff with portal registration, tax forms, banking updates, and profile maintenance
• Guide users through invoice submission issues, PO matching problems, payments inquiries, and workflow errors
• Log and track support tickets; escalate complex issues to Tier 3 analysts
• Educate end-users and vendors on portal navigation and self-service features
• Update knowledge bases, SOPs, and quick-reference guides
