Qualifications

• Experience onboarding new customers in a SaaS company.
• Experience working in a Workday Learning Center.
• SFDC Case Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to various support initiatives and projects measuring satisfaction.
• Handle incoming case queues, prioritizing and resolving inquiries.
• Contribute to training support evolution and assess user experience.
