• Use knowledge articles and guides to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.
• Support Workday ERP transactions and end-user processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to resolve issues.
• Document inquiries and maintain case documentation.
