Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant to join its Workday team in Minnesota. You will design and deliver integrations between Workday and external systems, leveraging Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, with a focus on data quality and scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and oversee delivery across geographies. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Studio Certified is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years of integration tools including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services to ensure data quality and reliable exchanges.
• Identify and solve complex problems for integrating Workday with external applications across HCM and Financial domains.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, and related tools).
• Oversee integration delivery and coordinate with global resources across locations.
• Manage integration development processes and client interactions for discovery and delivery.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
