Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Integrations Developer Consultant in Washington state to lead design and delivery of Workday integration solutions. You will coordinate discovery sessions, translate requirements into technical designs, and oversee integration testing and deployment across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in Workday Financials, experience with Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel may be required as projects scale globally.

Qualifications

• Workday Studio Certified is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials implementations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in integration tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with minimum 12 years work experience (6 years if Associate’s).

Responsibilities

• Lead design of integrations between point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services.
• Assess and solve complex problems to integrate Workday with external applications across HCM and Financial areas.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code using Studio, EIB, and related tools.
• Oversee delivery of integrations and manage development processes across locations.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients and deliver requirements and design documents to developers.
• Ensure timelines and quality of integration deliverables; escalate risks as needed.
