Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant to lead integration design and delivery across global teams. You will drive exchanges between Workday and external systems, ensuring data quality and timely delivery of solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs, plus strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills. Travel may be required to support client engagements and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Workday Studio Certified
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Financials implementations
• Minimum of 2 years of integration tools including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrations from point to point systems and holistic interchange services
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications
• Lead design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and 3rd party coding
• Oversee integration delivery and development process across global locations
• Lead Discovery sessions with clients for domain-specific integrations
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
• Ensure timelines and quality of integration are met
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as required
• Collaborate with client to deliver on shared objectives
• Identify risks and develop alternative technical approaches when necessary
• Lead identification of process improvements and changes to methodology based on project experience
