Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant in Chicago to lead the design, build, and delivery of Workday integrations across HCM and Finance. Qualifications

• Workday Studio Certified is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials implementations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Nice to have understanding of Workday Financial data model: FDM, Subledger Accounting.
• Ability to support E2E testing, defect triage, and resolution with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong communication skills for vendor and client-facing interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex problems for integrating Workday with external apps across HCM/Finance.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration codebase (Studio, EIB) and 3rd party coding.
• Oversee integration delivery and timelines/
• Manage integration development processes across global resources.
• Lead Discovery sessions with clients for domain-specific integrations.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers.
• Ensure timelines and quality of integration are met.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as required.
• Collaborate with client counterparts to achieve shared objectives.
• Identify risks early and propose alternative approaches.
